Registrations can be cancelled up to twenty calendar days prior to the course date with no cancellation fee being charged. However cancellations made five calendar days prior to the course date will be charged with 10% course fee charge.

Working in a multicultural environment, especially for Germans and Taiwanese from different cultural backgrounds to work together, shared understanding on how to reach consensus is the key for organizational effectiveness. This course is tailored to focus on issues involved in EQ and cross-cultural communication, further to understand conflict management between Germans and Taiwanese. In order to reach consensus between oneself and others, this one day program will explore how effective intercultural communication can influence positive team performance and global management.

Trainer: Dr. Jasmine Fast-Lin, Ph.D., MSc., MBA

Dr. Fast-Lin, speaks English, German, Mandarin and Taiwanese, has been delivering training/coaching programs and consultancy projects in Singapore, Germany, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, cities of China, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. She has her expertise in training delivery, analyzing training needs, working with vendors/suppliers, designing/selecting training courses for multinational corporations, intercultural group facilitation and training/coaching for top and senior/middle managers or executives, coordinating with global HRs and key stakeholders to tailor projects/trainings on management/leadership development, diversity, and talent/career management. She also dedicates on developing children and adult EQ programs. Clients and participants of Dr. Fast-Lin are from more than 25 nationalities and many from Fortune 500 multinationals at all levels.
