Introduction
Webinar for companies interested in shipbuilding/maritime economy. This webinar is anticipated to give participants information about the German innovation in the field of shipbuilding/maritime economy and further give insights about the Taiwanese market.
The opportunities for German companies could be in the area of expansion and renovation of ports, both in terms of logistical infrastructure and in the area of passenger shipping (ferries, cruise ships, etc.), smart management systems, water quality in the port basins, environmental technologies, for example for sensors for monitoring environmental influences in the port area
Taiwanese companies and industry representatives as well as stakeholders from the government are also invited to join the webinar to receive insight knowledge on the industry.
As part of the “Mittelstand Global” initiative, DEinternational Taiwan Ltd., the Service Unit of the German Trade Office Taipei, will organize a delegation trip for German companies from the shipbuilding/maritime economy from 20th to 24th of June 2022. This delegation trip is organized in cooperation with The German Shipbuilding and Ocean Industries Association (VSM).
