Introduction

Due to recent developments in Taiwan, many organizations switched to work from home. This also means that meetings need to be conducted in a different way.
In most organizations, people are not really happy with the way meetings work: Meetings are just the way they are, you hear, and you have to put up with it. Now in a virtual setting, meetings can be even more challenging.

But meetings can be awesome! That is, amazingly efficient, productive as well as humane and pleasant. Every organization can consciously design such meetings both face-to-face and virtual.

At the same time with organizations being faced with complex environments, new agile meeting practices emerge for the new world of work.

The bestselling German author Florian Rustler recently published his fifth book (in German) on tools and approaches for great meetings. He will host this interactive short workshop and show the general approach for great (physical and online) meetings in dynamically changing times.
