What awaits you:
- You will consult transformer-manufacturing customers on all technical inquiries related to the Reinhausen product range.
- You will interpret, clarify, and implement technical customer specifications
for offers and orders, ensuring they align with Reinhausen’s scope of delivery. - You will review technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness of customer-specific product applications and designs at an early stage.
- You will enter customer offers and orders into SAP for internal processing and execution.
- You will coordinate, schedule, and monitor the progress of offer and order processing
- You will oversee and assist with material delivery and invoicing processes
- You will participate in technical and commercial negotiations or clarification meetings with customers and provide technical back-office support and after-sales service
- You will collaborate closely with internal technical, commercial, and logistics teams across Reinhausen's factories.
What you bring to the table:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- You have 3–5 years of experience ideally in the power transformer industry.
- You bring international business experience (an advantage).
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You can work effectively under tight deadlines
- You demonstrate excellent communication and a solution-oriented mindset
- You approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset and take initiative
- You are willing to travel domestically and internationally
- You are proficient in English and Mandarin
- You are skilled in MS Office, and familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

Reinhausen Taiwan is hiring an order processing engineer in the service department at their Taipei offices.
What awaits you:
- You will be responsible for interpreting, clarifying, and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders related to voltage regulators and accessories for power transformers.
- You will enter customer orders into SAP for internal processing and planning.
- Your role will involve active participation in technical and commercial negotiations or clarification meetings, contributing to successful outcomes.
- You will lead a project team to organize, plan, schedule, and execute customized service projects related to routine maintenance, retrofitting, diagnostics, troubleshooting on-site of Transformer Control equipment and components, as well as commissioning and decommissioning of transformers.
- You will be responsible for selecting subcontractors/partners according to defined criteria, monitoring their performance, con‐ducting timely escalations in case of qualitative shortfalls and cooperation issues, and initiating suitable actions promptly.
- You will perform site visits when required
- You will collaborate closely with internal technical, commercial, and logistics teams across Reinhausen's factories.
What you bring to the table:
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering field.
- You possess basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering.
- You have 3–5 years of experience ideally in Transformer Service
- You possess knowledge of transformers, supported by hands-on service and commissioning experience.
- You will have an advantage if you bring experience in international project management and execution.

Job Description
- Evaluation of Test and Assessment reports for Product Certification.
- Execution of the certification process according to ISO/IEC 17065 requirements.
- Monitor and verify staff qualifications of certification schemes to meet working instructions and accreditation body rules.
- Develop and deliver training to enhance certification knowledge across business lines.
- Support internal and external audits for lab. and certification personnel in TRTW and GCN region. Including following up the corrective actions.
- Provide technical consultancy to other department relevant to certification issues and support for further business development.
Your profile
- University degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- At least 3 years of professional working experience in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry.
- Fundamental knowledge in ISO 17025
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17065 standards is considered a plus but is not mandatory
- Knowledge of handling Quality management systems.
