Team Assistant

What challenges can you expect?

• Perform general office tasks related to sales, service, human resources, and finance.
• Provide comprehensive support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
• Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic) and ensure proper record retention and disposal.
• Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure availability when needed.
• Process invoices with the assistance of an Authorized Finance Consultant.
• Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare translations (English/Taiwan and Taiwan/English) and assist with proofreading and editing documents.
• Independently organize events with internal and external participants.
• Other administrative tasks.

What do we expect from you?

• 3-5 years’ experience in an office setting, preferably in an international company
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience in SAP would be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-tasking, excellent in time management and can work in tight datelines.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer orientation
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and local language
