You will be Responsible For
- Chauffeur services for the Executive Director of GTO, VIP guests and delegations as well as in case of events or trade fairs
- Ensuring the operational readiness and cleanliness of the company car (especially maintenance and care)
- Dispatch tasks, selected errands & other support tasks assigned from time to time
Expected Starting Date
- The preferred starting date for this position is August 1, 2025.
You have the Following Background
- Car driver's license and a clean driving record and no criminal history
- Experience as a chauffeur
- Flexible and reliable personality, in particular in respect of allocation of working time during the week
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality and courtesy
- Fluency in Chinese and good English language skills

You will be Responsible for
- Different accounting systems, including those of our German parent organisation
- Supporting in all matters related to local accounting and bookkeeping
- Regular reporting to management on all finance related matters
- Financial planning and forecasting (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly etc.)
- Driving process improvement and digitalisation of internal financial processes
- Recommending measures including software solutions to achieve automation
- Driving best practice sharing and standards setting for controlling topics
You have the following Background:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting (CPA experience appreciated) or similar
- Excellent Chinese and English language skills
- Passionate about a paperless office and lean processes in line with local regulations
- Communicative team player with a strong customer service orientation
- High self-motivation with the willingness to identify and solve new tasks
- Knowledge of IT tools like MS-Office (experience with accounting systems is a plus)
