Last week, we visited Mr. Ingo Brandenburg, the Managing Director and General Manager of Pharma at our long-term business alliance partner, Bayer Taiwan. Mr. Brandenburg was appointed the new head on January 1, 2025. He joined Bayer in 2018 as the Head of Strategy & Commercial Excellence for the Asia Pacific region. In addition to his regional role, he served as the General Manager of Pharma at Bayer Philippines from 2020 to 2021 and as the Managing Director & General Manager of Pharma at Bayer Vietnam from 2022 to 2024.
With a strong belief in “Science for Better Health,” Mr. Brandenburg is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of global, regional, and local management experience across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, OTC, food supplements, animal health, and crop science in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. He holds a BA (Hons) in European Business Studies.
