It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 2026 German Oktoberfest & GTO 45th Years Anniversary Celebration, taking place on October 21, at LIGHT WEDDING Taichung, and October 22, at Humble House Taipei.
This year’s event is particularly special as we celebrate the 45th Anniversary of the German Trade Office Taipei. For 45 years, GTO has strengthened business and economic ties between Germany and Taiwan, and we are delighted to mark this milestone together with our members, partners, and friends.
We expect more than 800 guests from the German-Taiwanese business community, making this one of the year's premier networking events. Guests will enjoy an evening of great food, fresh Hofbräu beer, live entertainment from the German Oktoberfest band Frankenräuber, and valuable opportunities to connect with business leaders and industry professionals.

Drink Responsible: Cleaning Fees and Expulsion
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the venue’s house rules. To maintain the safety of all guests and the hygiene of our venue, we expect everyone to drink and behave responsibly. Every ticket purchaser is obligated to ensure that all guests they invite adhere to these standards.
- The organizer reserves the right to exclude or expel any guest from the event if they behave in an aggressive, disruptive, or offensive manner towards other guests or staff, or if they are intoxicated to an extent that jeopardizes the safety and good order of the event.
- The organizer will charge a special cleaning fee of NT$ 5,000 if a guest vomits during the event and thereby contaminates the venue, including hotel bathroom facilities (e.g., floors, furniture, or walls) requiring extra cleaning. The ticket purchaser, as the contracting party, is fully liable for this cleaning fee for any guest they have invited.
- Additionally, in the event of any property damage caused by a guest, specifically including, but not limited to, damage resulting from alcohol-induced vomiting, knocking over beer mugs or other liquids resulting in damage to electrical equipment, the ticket purchaser will be held fully liable. All repair or replacement costs will be billed based on the actual quotations provided by the hotel or vendors.
- Guests are reminded that the legal drinking age in Taiwan is 18 years. Guests are not permitted to provide or share alcohol with anyone who has not yet reached the legal drinking age.
- Don't drink and drive.
Payment Information, Cancellation, and Refund Policy Statement
- After you complete the registration form, our staff will email you about the payment methods. Please be aware that payments must be made before the deadline.
- If you do not receive an email from our staff within 4 days after your registration, please get in touch with us again directly via email.
- Seating is limited, so please be aware that we reserve the right to close registration once the maximum number of participants is reached. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to unregistered guests if their registration has not been confirmed and payment has not been made in advance.
- Participation in the event may be cancelled up to 14 calendar days before the start of the event. The cancellation must be submitted to the organizer in writing or by email. A processing fee of 15 NTD will be charged in all cases.
- In case of a later cancellation or a no-show, the full participation fee becomes due. No refund will be granted in these cases.
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the participation fee already paid will be fully refunded.
