    New PTFE-free 3D printing resin from igus with up to 122 times better wear rate

    Just in time for Compamed, igus launched a new resin for 3D printers that is PTFE-free and has been successfully tested for the 96 critical PFAS: iglidur i2000 is ideal for 3D printing of moving and friction-loaded components, such as gears in medical devices. Compared to standard resins, the new material has a wear rate that is up to 122 times better.
