Registrations will be admitted in order of registration date. GTO reserves the right to turn down unregistered guests at the entrance if the registration was not confirmed and no payment has been made in advance.

 

Cancellation and refund
  • Participation in the event may be cancelled up to 14 calendar days before the start of the event. The cancellation must be submitted to the organizer in writing or by email. A processing fee of 15 NTD will be charged in all cases.
  • In case of a later cancellation or a no-show, the full participation fee becomes dueNo refund will be granted in these cases.
  • If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the participation fee already paid will be fully refunded.
