Internship Title: Automation Engineering Internship at ASYS Taiwan
Internship Start and Duration: Between Aug.1 and Jan. 31, min. 4 month, max. 5 months.

Tasks/ Responsibilities: Interns will participate in structured training and hands-on project work to develop skills in software programming, controller programming, and electrical design. 1. Training & Skill Development Interns will attend structured training courses covering the following areas: • Software Programming: GUI design, version control, object-oriented programming, and multithreading • Controller Programming: PLC programming and automation logic • Electrical Design: Circuit schematics, safety standards, system integration, and I/O testing 2. Hands-on Project Work Under the guidance of ASYS engineers, interns will apply their training in practical projects, including: • Project Implementation: Contributing to automation-related technical solutions and engineering tasks • Final Presentation: Presenting project results and receiving feedback from supervising engineers Collaboration & Departments Interns will primarily work within the Electronics and Software Department, collaborating with engineers specializing in: • Controller programming (PLC programming, robot controller architecture, automation logic) • Electrical design (circuit schematics, safety standards, system integration) • GUI development for automation systems Interns will also collaborate with the Maintenance Department during robot testing and system validation activities.
