Together with our Japanese partners, Nidec Sankyo Robotics and Sinfonia Technology, it is our mission to provide innovative handling solutions to replace or upgrade current module(s) as well as for building new tools. Depending on our customer’s needs, this can be individual modules such as load ports, robots, pre-aligners or entire handling solutions for atmospheric, inert and vacuum environments.
