ASYS Automatic System was founded in 2012 in Taiwan with sales and service operations for Asia in order to better reach major players in the region. A high-tech company specialized in automated atmospheric & vacuum-handling solutions for the semiconductor, LED and MEMS industries. To date, over 6000 robots have been sold and are operating in factories around the world, integrated into ASYS Micronicfabs, ASYS cluster tools and platforms as well as in OEM products for cleanroom automation.
