Introduction

DEinternational Taiwan Ltd., the service unit of the German Trade Office Taipei, organizes a conference in the field of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing applications, which will take place on October 22^nd, 2024. The conference is part of a delegation trip of German companies to Taiwan which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action under the foreign market entry program.

The conference is intended to create a platform for Taiwanese companies, distributors and manufacturers seeking new solutions, collaborations, and a better understanding of the current trends in the German Industry 4.0 development.

In addition to German company and production presentations, Mr. Andreas Faath, Managing Director at VDMA e.V. - Machine Information Interoperability, will provide an overview of the German Industry 4.0 market.

Following the conference, participants will have the opportunity to connect with German companies during a joint lunch, followed by individual matchmaking sessions. Participation is free of charge.
