Event Introduction
The German Trade Office Taipei is back with our first event after the winter break and we sincerely invite you to join our annual “GTO Economic Outlook 2021 & Wirtschaftsstammtisch” event. This event will bring together members of the Taiwanese-German business community, including business partners, experts, and professionals from different industries to discuss and evaluate on Taiwan's economic perspectives for 2021 with a special focus on the outlook for the manufacturing, renewable energy, electronics, logistics and automotive industry.
The event also includes the presentation of our annual Business Confidence Survey results, giving you a comprehensive overview on the 2021 business expectations of German companies in Taiwan.
Event Details & Registration
- Date: February 4th, 16:00 – 22:00
- Venue: Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel
- Economic Outlook 2021: 16:00 – 19:00, 2F Ballroom (room change!)
- Wirtschaftsstammtisch: 19:00 – 22:00, 38F Marco Polo Lounge - Price: 1,600 NT$ per person*
*The price includes a dinner buffet as well as soft drinks, red and white wine that will be served during the Wirtschaftsstammtisch. At this event, you can enjoy a free flow of Buckskin Beer 柏克金啤酒, kindly sponsored by the King Car Group.

- Limited seats available only: please note that we reserve the right to close the registration system once the maximum number of participants is reached. Registrations will be admitted in order of registration date. GTO reserves the right to turn down unregistered guests at the entrance if the registration was not confirmed and no payment has been made in advance.
