Introduction

Meetings can be awesome! That is, amazingly efficient and productive, and at the same time human and pleasant. Every organization can consciously design such meetings. This training shows good and emerging (agile) meeting practices for different types of meetings and purposes in order to be successful in a dynamically changing world. In this highly interactive virtual training we will experience and experiment with these practices. Each participant can then take the learnings back and introduce them into their organization to improve the organization one meeting at a time.

Outline

In this training, you will

• Learn about different types of meetings for different purposes.
• Understand success factors for awesome meetings in different contexts
• Practice and experience different good practices for different meeting purposes:
  • Tactical meetings to synchronize information
  • Effective ways of creating agreements and decisions in a group
  • Formats of feedback
  • Retrospectives to learn and improve as a group and as organization

Trainer

Florian Rustler is founder of creaffective Munich and Asia, consultant and coach as well as bestselling author of five books. creaffective supports organizations worldwide to strengthen their capabilities for innovation, agility and effective collaboration.

He works with clients on the topics of innovation culture, innovation management and the transformation towards a more agile organization. He speaks German, English and Mandarin Chinese. His latest book is about awesome meetings and was published in May 2021.

Please be aware that written notice either per e-mail to peng.kelly@taiwan.ahk.de or fax to 02 7733 5280 is required for cancellation. Registration can be cancelled up to twenty calendar days prior to the course date with no cancellation fee being charged. However, cancellations made within 3 days and 19 days or the enrollment date if later than the 19th day prior to the course date will be charged with 10 % course fee charge as the administrative cost, cancellation made two (or less than) days prior to the course date will not be refundable.
